James Fraser and Seemay Chou are members of the UCSF-wide Covid Childcare Taskforce, and they are currently advocating on behalf of the research community in this endeavor. Towards this, it would be extremely helpful to assess how many (faculty, staff, trainees alike) are in need of childcare support at this challenging time. This would help better direct our efforts towards finding practical solutions quickly.

We need researchers to fill out this short form before Wednesday 7/22 of next week. All answers are optional, so whatever people are comfortable sharing is OK.

We will be meeting with the general Taskforce on Thursday and would like to approach those discussions with concrete numbers in-hand.
