The Inclusive Mentoring Fellows program is happening! If you want to learn about inclusive research mentoring and then put it into practice, this program is for you. Here's how it works:

1. Take OCPD's Inclusive Research Mentoring Course (TRAIN-UP)
2. Interview with interns from City College of San Francisco's Bridge to Bioscience Program
3. If you match, mentor an intern through a project in your lab for up to 5 months between January and May
4. Get support from a community of mentors and experts, and a stipend
