[OCPD] PAC-UP: Learn what's required for faculty positions

What does it take to get a faculty position?

We've got data

Award-winning research from UCSF's Office of Career and Professional Development is clarifying the hiring requirements for faculty positions at different types of institutions. The tool we've developed, the Academic Career Readiness Assessment (ACRA), is being used at campuses across the country and has been shared with groups of faculty at UCSF. Learn more about ACRA in our biorxiv paper.

In this workshop, you'll use ACRA to understand the training required for the faculty position you want. Then you'll identify the gaps in your training and plan how to fill them with programs offered by the Office of Career and Professional Development.
