The gender equity task force at UCSF was formed in 2018 to implement the National Academies' recommendations for preventing sexual and gender harassment at UCSF.  Check out this Synapse article to learn about how we think UCSF can improve our climate and culture, increase transparency and level the academic hierarchy to make a more equitable institution.
